The Dutch Eurovison Fan Club "Eurovision Artists" is celebrating the end of the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest Season with their annual convention to which they always invite international Eurovision artists that have been on that big Eurovision stage and national artists that took part in the Dutch National Final over the years. This year's event is scheduled for Saturday, 04 June 2011 in the city of Maarssen (near Utrecht), The Netherlands. The venue is the Pim Jacobs Theatre.

The event starts at 1300 hours and ends at 1800 hours and contains various presentations, flash backs to the Eurovision Song Contest, a record fair where collectors can add rarities to their Eurovision music collection or update their collection as well with the new 2011 items. There will be a Soundmix Show which is a Eurovision Karaoke Show where brave Eurovision fans can perform their song of Europe's biggest music festival.

Former Dutch national finalist Anja Wessels will be the event's presenter guiding through this afternoon. The hightlight of the event is Malta's best voice - Chiara. Her first attempt was in 1998 when she entered for Malta with the song "The one that I love" reaching Number 3. Then her second attempt and and most successful entry that almost won the contest for Malta was "Angel" reaching Number 2 and her comeback in 2009 took her to Number 22 with the Belgian penned "What if we". Chiara will of course be singing these three Eurovision entries and also some more songs from her repertoire. Be surprised.

Hope you can make it to the event and be a witness when Malta's singing jewel hits the Netherlands this weekend and in the meantime, if you would like Chiara to return to the Eurovision Song Contest, make sure to vote in the poll on the main page of www.escflashmalta.com!
