MESC 2015: De Bee Confirms Non-Participation

De Bee, a female singer/songwriter who rise to fame was spearheaded by a first runner-up finish at the 2014 edition of the Malta Eurovision Song Contest with the track "Pin the Middle", has been in contact with the escflashmalta.com editorial team confirming that she will not be partaking in the selection process for Vienna, Austria in a bid to focus on writing and recording her debut album.

Despite being a relative newcomer to the scene, De Bee re-affirmed the stance that the public have a tendency to support the underdog by awarding her 8 points, which would translate to 3rd place. In the next couple of weeks, the singer/songwriter will be performing during the Rockestra, in a line-up that features some of the nation's top talent. We urge you to stay tuned to escflashmalta.com even through Facebook and Twitter for all the latest news about the Malta Eurovision Song Contest 2015.

Pin The Middle was the second choice of the viewers during the competition, ahead of Firelight, who then went onto triumph in the jury vote, in order to garner the ticket for Copenhagen, Denmark where the 2014 edition of the Eurovision Song Contest will take place in just over a weeks' time.
