Copenhagen, host city of the 2014 edition of the Eurovision Song Contest is currently receiving the Heads of Delegation from all the thirty-seven (37) countries set to compete in the B&W Hallerne. As part of the traditional ritual, all of the entries were handed over to the host broadcaster, Danmarks Radio with the final versions being uploaded to the Official YouTube Channel. Nevertheless, the focus was definitely on the starting position for Denmark who will in turn be represented by Basim and his Cliche Love Song.

As a matter of fact, Denmark has been drawn to perform in position number #23, which many people will recall as to being the starting position back in 2001, when Denmark also got to host the Eurovision Song Contest. On that occasion Rollo & King with the song Never Let You Go finished in second place behind Estonia's Tanel Padar, Dave Benton & 2 XL with the song Everybody. Who knows? Maybe this is a positive omen for Estonia and their entry Amazing performed by Tanja. The rest of the running order will be revealed by producers in the weeks to come, as the genres are analysed to create a flowing show. Stay tuned to escflashmalta.com for all the latest news as soon as it becomes available.
